Price Lock Guarantee

Any organization that makes a wholesale purchase from us automatically qualifies for our 45-day Price Lock Guarantee. If you make another wholesale purchase of the same types of books within 45 calendar days of your previous purchase, then you only pay the per-book rate that you paid in the previous order. The price lock holds your rates in place for up to 6 months - even if our prices have gone up for other partners.

Example:
The Louisville Zoo orders 60 wire-bound notebooks at $5.35 each.
They also order 50 puzzle books at $4.95 each.
Prices go up on the Brink Publishing website a week later.
Louisville Zoo orders 5 puzzle books and 200 wire-bound notebooks 42 days after their last purchase.
The price increase on the website would not impact them. They pay the same rates they paid for the previous order while also locking in those rates for the next 45 days (up to 6 months total).

What are the minimums?

We only ask that you purchase at least 5 copies of each selected book per order. That's all. You can order 5 books or 500 books.

Free Replacements

If there is a problem with the print quality, binding or any other problems at the fault of the printer, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. We will promptly replace the defective books for free. Free shipping is included for free replacements. Misspellings, incorrect information and the like are not considered to be the fault of the printer. Please be sure to review your proofs thoroughly before approving a print order.

What about returns?

In co-branding - since the covers will be customized for your business, we would not be able to re-sell your copies to other businesses. Therefore, we can not accept returns. That's why we set our minimums so low. You can sell as many or as few as you like. If you have a few leftovers, they make great gifts for friends and family.

If you were just re-selling our books without your content on them, then returns may be accepted. The books must still be in excellent condition when we receive them, and the e-mailed request for return must be received within 20 calendar days of receipt of your order. We may buy back up to 10 books per month at a rate of 80% of your original purchase price. This rate covers the re-stocking fee. We will pick up any local returns (within 15 miles of zip code 47129) for free. You would be asked to pay the shipping fee or a pickup fee for any other returns.
